Cancellation and Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for rescheduling. If you fail to reschedule within 30 days of your scheduled trip, your deposit will be forfeited.

Wounded animals

Wounded animals are priced as harvested animals. A wounded animal may survive the shot; however, they rarely survive nature or infection. Your guide will make the decision on whether an animal was wounded or not. If he/she determines an animal was wounded, you will be liable for purchasing the animal based on the prices listed online at www.royalrackranch.com.

Payment

All balances must be paid in full prior to arrival with a check, cash, wire, and or credit card. There is a 3.5% service charge on all payments made by credit card over the phone.

Antler Scores
In the event a hunter harvests or wounds an animal that must be scored to determine price of the trophy, the trophy will be scored by a Royal Rack Ranch guide  using the Safari Club International scoring method. If the animal has antlers which have been broken due to natural causes then the measurements of those missing points, within reason, will be calculated towards the final price.
